As a Research Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting research initiatives by collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing data to inform business strategies and decision-making. You will work closely with senior consultants and other team members to provide accurate and timely research insights for a variety of projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct primary and secondary research on various industries, markets, and trends.
- Analyze and summarize data to generate reports, presentations, and actionable insights.
- Support senior consultants in the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Maintain and update research databases, ensuring data accuracy and organization.
- Assist with qualitative and quantitative data analysis, including survey design and data interpretation.
- Monitor industry news, reports, and publications to stay updated on market trends.
- Collaborate with team members to create research frameworks and methodologies.
- Support administrative tasks related to research and project coordination.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in [relevant field, e.g., Business, Economics, Social Sciences, etc.].
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather, evaluate, and synthesize information from various sources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and research tools (e.g., Google Scholar, JSTOR, etc.).
- Familiarity with data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, or similar) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Previous experience in a research or consulting environment is a plus, but not required.
